CAVR as a truth commission presented in Timor-Leste to establish the truth about human rights violation that occured in Timor Timur (known as Timor-Leste after its independence) during 1974-1999. This video explained its work and findings, as well as its methods to help Timorese heal themselves through reconciliation process.
