April 3, 2019, ACbit participated in the International Conference on sexual abuse against children, which organized by JU, S, ACbit, AJAR, ALFELA, BELUN, Casa Vida, Fokupers, JSMP, Mofe, PRADET and partnership with the Ministry of Public, Court of Appeals, Forensic Criminal Investigation, Service of Criminal Investigation, Ministry of Justice, Public Defender and The Juridical  and Judiciary Centre at Hotel Timor. The director of ACbit Ms. Maria Manuela Leong Pereira as a moderator for the second session with the topic Psychological Effects of sexual abuse against children which was presented by Dr. Alessandro Borocaech (Psychology doctor  Anthropology and Teacher UNTL) and Ms. Maria José Guterres (Director Fokupers). Through this Conference as an effort to advocate and bring justice for victims.
